Indiana homeowner charged in shooting death of house cleaner who arrived at wrong home

Curt Andersen is facing one count of voluntary manslaughter after police say he shot and killed Maria Florinda Rios Perez de Velazquez through his locked front door. Velazquez, a house cleaner and mother of four, had mistakenly gone to the wrong address.
